Why we collect information

Account and company information supports marketplace access, supplier checks, enquiries and transaction records. Uploaded verification and completion documents remain private. Public equipment pages show approximate locations and moderated equipment information.

Messages and disclosure

Messages are visible to participants. Authorised staff may access information for a documented verification, moderation or dispute purpose. Contact-sharing rules may warn or block obvious contact details. Approved disclosure is recorded.

Your choices

Use your workspace to request access, an export or deletion and manage supplier-alert preferences. Necessary transaction and dispute records may be restricted and retained under an approved lawful purpose. We do not use non-essential analytics cookies in this release.

Service providers

Hosting, authentication, storage, scanning and email providers process information needed to operate the service. Provider contracts, processing locations and overseas-transfer safeguards must be approved before live personal data is collected.
